# User-Story:
Clients would like to setup/upgrade environments to Samba Domain Function Levels above 2008R2 for generic reasons, which is supported from site of Samba:
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Raising_the_Functional_Levels

# Goal:
Currently we only support a pretty old 2008r2 schema, which lacks corresponding LDAP entries for current features (e.g. BitLocker recovery objects).

New domain function levels should be supported as far as available from side of samba and upgrade paths documented. Currently 2012R2 is fully covered from site of samba, while 2016 seems to be incomplete / unstable.
