Manuell gesetzte Benutzer-IDs sollten nicht in univentionLastUsedValue gespeichert werden, um ein unerwünschtes Zurücksetzen der Zählung und damit ein stilles Recycling freier uidNumber zu vermeiden. (Ticket#: 2010110810003228)

Das hat auch einen nachhaltigen Effekt für weitere Benutzer die angelegt
werden, da die letzte verwendete Benutzer-ID im LDAP gespeichert wird und dann
der nächste Benutzer wohl die UID 102 erhalten wird:

dn: cn=uidNumber,cn=temporary,cn=univention,dc=ucs24amd64,dc=qa
cn: uidNumber

Das sehe ich als Bug.

Wenn 
 univentionLastUsedValue: 901
dann wird anscheinend als nächstes 1001 vergeben (allocator Range ist 1000-55000).

This issue has been filed against UCS 2.4.

UCS 2.4 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in
later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug".
In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting
