See Bug#33362. The current behaviour is as you requested and I identified this as a bug. Icinga and AD Takeover have set NotifyVendor=False. They also do not show up in the daily reporting. Maybe the daily reporting only matches for apps with NotifyVendor=True, although we have the data for the other apps, as well. Can this be checked too?
