Ticket#: 2013052421000972 ] UCS Technikschulung

A user remarked, that the technical terms "Snapshot" and "VNC" are much more used than the ugly Germans terms "Direktzugriff" and "Sicherungspunkte", which must be explicitly explained for every new user; this is most annoying for our distributors, since their end customers don't understand our terms:
+ People, which already have worked with other virtualization solutions, already know the terms "Snapshot" and "VNC".
+ Most often its technical people that work with virtualization and they expect the technical term and not our terms.

The term "Direct access" / "Direktzugriff" is also missing the explanation " (VNC)" when creating a new VM.

Agreed, this was remarked by multiple participants (at least five) of UCS trainings over the years.
