The listener prints "waiting for shutdown" under several circumstances (i.e. resync a module).
It means the shutdown of a module, of course, but at least one customer did a system shutdown while updating the system because the updater.log within the umc updater module printed:
"waiting for shutdown"
"waiting for shutdown"
...


Perhaps the message should be "waiting for listener module to shutdown"
