Seems to be a regression in 3.2, spotted in the technical training:

1. Create a group and finish it
2. After the creation the group cannot be edited, neither right-clicking + Edit, not selecting the group in the grid and selecting "Edit" in the navigation bar work

Only after closing the Groups module and reopening it works as expected (and in 3.1-1)

Occured in the training on all systems (using Firefox).

Also occurs with Chrome, not limited to Firefox
