Created attachment 6067 [details] Error message A UCS 3.2-2 EC2 instance has been updated to UCS 3.2-3 and the user tried to request a personalized FFPU license via UMC (see screenshot). The shown error message indicates DNS problems but is rather non-readable for non-tech users.
