univention-printquota needs the machine.secret, but copies this file in the postinst (not in the join script). 
This breaks the installation of univention-printquota on unjoined systems (even after the join, univention-printquota does not work because the secret is missing)

Workaround:

/usr/lib/univention-server/server_password_change.d/univention-printquota postchange

moved the machine.secret stuf to the join script.
