Done with commit 61515: updated mail server chapter in manual, moved existing mail server chapter into extended documentation "cyrus-4.0" aka "Cyrus mail server". * missing chapter on NFS * expiration of the authentication cache: either create same UCRVs for Dovecot as exist for Cyrus or remove section from doc Commit 61545 adds the missing chapter on NFS and on the auth cache TTL settings.
