docker.patch to fix error in init script

When restarting a system with docker.io installed, Docker fails to start.

During boot, the following message is shown:

/usr/bin/S20docker not present or not executable

ls -l /usr/bin/S20docker
ls: cannot access /usr/bin/S20docker: No such file or directory

A patch that fixes the error is attached.
