We sh/could fix this easily while I'm working on Bug 34184. Postponed to errata4.0-3, due to Bug #34184. SVN changes reverted in errata4.0-2, package rebuilt with new version number: * univention-s4-connector_9.0.16-40.571.201508061242_all.deb Advisory adjusted. Also fixed. OK - zone SOA's attributes now synced between S4 and UDM OK - YAML OK - merged to 4.1 |
Created attachment 7066 [details] fix_soa_sync_con2ucs.patch While debugging a different issue for a customer I discovered that DNS Zone attribute changes are not synced from Samba to UCS. E.g. when you assign another or different IPv4 address to a network interface and run samba_dnsupdate, the new/different IPv4 address gets written into the Samba DNS zone (SOA) object but the change is not propagated to LDAP. After fixing this it became apparent that a couple of time value conversions had been missing as well at that point.
