After one day, the component of the App is removed in the docker container.

Reason is app.is_installed() which is different for Docker Apps and Non-Docker Apps; Docker Apps are currently regarded as not installed in the container. Apps not installed get their component removed...

This should be no problem for App updates, but for UCS release upgrades if the upgrade should be blocked by not releasing the App for UCS 4.2.
