umc.widgets.Wizard should scroll to the top when switching the page. Otherwise the current scrolling position is kept and the user starts at some other point and may not recognize that she has to scroll up manually. This is especially disturbing in the office365/google-apps-for-work wizard (or e.g. with half screen windows).

This has been implemented for every wizard. I think this is okay even for mobile phones.

The fix works but it would be more reliable to put the window.scrollTo after switching pages.
