Description Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2016-11-04 06:34:20 CET
See Bug #42624. Samba 4.5 changes the default from 'ntlm auth' from yes to no. We shouldn't change the default with UCS 4.1-4.
Comment 1 Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2016-11-04 07:23:03 CET
It has been fixed:
 univention-samba: r74094
 univention-samba4: r74093
 Changelog: r74095

I've created a nw bug for UCS 4.2: Bug #42848.
Comment 2 Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2016-11-07 16:03:38 CET
Ok, ntlm auth ist enabled on UCS 4.1-4 Samba/AD DCs and Memberservers.

Test works in both cases: wbinfo -a "$(hostname)$"%$(</etc/machine.secret)

Changelog entry is ok.
