The patch 01_eval_home.patch patch is obsolete with your change.

I've added a changelog entry since it is a code change to our configuration (r76668):

 The <package>PAM</package> configuration now uses the <option>user_envfile</option> option for reading files from the user home directory (<u:bug>43287</u:bug>).
