This change caused failure in UCS 4.2:

dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Archivs /var/cache/apt/archives/univention-saml_4.0.1-1A~4.2.0.201701131655_all.deb (--unpack):
 Versuch, »/usr/share/univention-management-console-frontend/js/dijit/themes/umc/icons/16x16/udm-saml-serviceprovider.png« zu überschreiben, welches auch in Paket univention-saml-schema 4.0.0-5A~4.2.0.201609131045 ist

svn r73978 add a .umc-module file which causes that the icons are now in both packages.

Also we discussed that the module shouldn't be flagged as umc-core-module for UCS 4.2.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #41187 +++

The SAML identity provider module in the UMC overview is not translated. (title + description).
