We should remove /etc/init.d/univention-libvirt:
- Debian already ships *.services files which shadow our versions of /etc/init.d/
- we only used runit to restart libvirtd on failues, which is already done by systemd:
  Restart=on-failure

This would allow us to remove runit.

- Consider handling of autostart UCRV (Bug #43470)
