Description Nico Stöckigt univentionstaff 2018-10-30 12:21:03 CET
The MS/AD attribute 'Initials' (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/adschema/a-initials) serves a reasonable purpose and it might be very useful in key scenarios to have this attribute available and editable via UMC.
Comment 1 Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2018-10-30 13:02:26 CET
The attribute "initials" is part of the "inetOrgPerson" objectclass and could be mapped to an udm property of the users/user module.

As a workaround, the customer may define an extended attribute to make to make it accessible in UMC.

When we add this, the customers must remove (or modify) their extended attribute if the CLIName is different to "initials".
