To not block the errata release, take the changes for System Setup into this bug. The origin bug is already verified. The changes don't have a dependency on each other. Every package can be released whenever. Just change the bug number in the YAML file.

Since 2.6 Python has a built-in "json" module, no need to use the external "simplejson".
We should cleanup our source and convert from "simplejson" to "json".
