We should repplicate "CN=Default Domain Policy,CN=System" (object class domainPolicy) from Samba 4 to UCS.

Otherwise no MS GP Category Registration objects underneath of such objects are synced to UCS.

The branch git:fbest/49838-domainpolicy contains a WIP patch for syncronizing also the "CN=Default Domain Policy,CN=System,$ldap_base" object / domainPolicy object class.
