Patch to disable firefox autoupdates in system setup

When idling for some time in the system setup with a working internet
connection a popup informs about a firefox update. Automatic updates should be
disabled during system setup.

After this update has been released the appliance wiki page should be updated. The workaround for this bug can be removed
