During installation if USS has been aborted via Strg-q/ctrl-q (or something else bad happened), a message should be shown that the configuration of the system has been aborted and is continued on the next boot via USS in graphical mode or via web browser. 

A similar message should be shown when the text mode installation when package/GRUB installation is done and before cleanup/reboot.

FYI, the appliance mode does not work anymore as use_xserver is then empty and the X server will not start.

In text mode, startxwithfirefox is started with argument --installertext. The only difference to --installer: startxwithfirefox does actually not start the X11 server and firefox.

New debconf templates and translations have been added.
