UCR variables: mail/cyrus=yes and mail/dovecot=yes

Added read-only, boolean UCRVs "mail/cyrus" and "mail/dovecot".
They are set to true when univention-mail-cyrus or univention-mail-dovecot are installed, and unset upon removal.
