A note is missing that we will inform the vendor if someone enters a email address in the setup wizard. A note should also be added on the activation site.

I adapted the hint along with mentioning the purpose ("contact purposes"). I think that should help to make it more transparent.

"Once the activation has been effecutated, your email address will be sent to the app provider. "

It must be effectuated instead of effecutated. I would rather say finish instead of effectuated.
