Opening the UMC module "App Center" feels very slow.
If you just have a common internet connection like 16 MBit/s it needs ages.

There is a Customer ID set so I set the flag "Enterprise Customer affected".

Along with Bug#45796, I tried to make the cache more robust. At least it is faster now. It may still be "too slow", but at least it improved.

What would one expect as startup time? Now, it does not take "ages" in some situations.

can't really tell if it is faster now and to big of a change for a code review, but test are good ...
