Patch for rsyslog.conf template to allow multiple syslog remotes

It's currently not possible to configure multiple servers via UCR in syslog/remote. A customer wants their rsyslog to send logs to multiple remotes. We should allow them to configure this via UCR. Attached is a simple patch with a for loop iterating over the split content of syslog/remote
