added possibility to add additional transport map entries via config registry

mail/maps/transport/<customid>="<transportmap entry>"

e.g. mail/maps/transport/1="somedomain.org smtp:[mail.somedomain.com]"

verified. Die transport.db wird neu generiert, wenn ein neuer Transport hinzugefügt, bzw. ein bestehender entfernt wird. Der Transport von Mails wird korrekt ausgeführt.

Changelog ist vorhanden.
