Das wird für UCS@school auch benötigt

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #26699 +++

Falls der Inhalt des Tooltips von einem Element dynamisch ermittelt werden soll
ist es notwendig zu wissen wann dieser angezeigt werden soll. Dafür sollte es
möglich sein bei Actions eine Funktion zu registrieren.

UMC wurde erweitert und ChangeLog-Eintrag hinzugefügt

Ok, jeder action kann ein onHideDescription/onShowDescription mitgegeben werden. Diese werden ausgeführt, wenn der tooltip angezeigt/ausgeblendet wird.

UCS@school 3.0 wurde veröffentlicht. Sollte der hier beschriebene Bug mit einer  neueren Version von UCS@school erneut auftreten, so sollte dieser Bug dupliziert werden: "Clone This Bug"
