+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #26703 +++

Es wird die Möglichkeit benötigt den Notifier eines UMC-Modulprozesses
auszutauschen. 

Grund: Ein UMC-Modul dass eine Bibliothek verwendet, die QT nutzt, funktioniert
nicht einwandfrei, wenn nicht der QT-Wrapper von Python-Notifier verwendet
wird.

UMC ist erweitert und ChangeLog-Eintrag ist hinzugefügt

Der notifier="..." Parameter aus der XML wird ausgewertet und das Modul mit dem entsprechenden Parameter gestartet.

UCS@school 3.0 wurde veröffentlicht. Sollte der hier beschriebene Bug mit einer  neueren Version von UCS@school erneut auftreten, so sollte dieser Bug dupliziert werden: "Clone This Bug"
