univention.config_registry.randpw() wird nur von univention-directory-replication verwendet und sollte aus UCR entfernt werden.

Die Funktion wurde aus /usr/sbin/ucr, Man-Page, Python-lib entfernt.
Die Funktion wurde in univention-directory-replication hinzugefügt.
Im 3.0-Repository sind keine weiteren Nutzer findbar.
