Prüfen für SSL-Kapitel

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #27002 +++

Es gibt zwar die UCR Variable "ssl/validity/ca" ("Specifies whether
ssl/validity/days refers to the host certificate (false) or the root ca
(true)"), allerdings würde es IMHO mehr Sinn machen immer zwei
"ssl/validity/days" Variablen zu pflegen da ja auch immer beide Zertifikate
relevant sind.

Hierzu auch bug25788 und bug19736 beachten.

Im SSL-Kapitel angepasst in Revision 15663.

Außerdem wird jetzt auf den "Über UMC"-Dialg verwiesen, in dem neben der reichlich unhandlichen Angabe in Tagen relativ zur Unix-Epoche auch das effektive Datum angezeigt wird -> 15664
