Es soll getestet werden ob ein GPO mit samba-tool korrekt angelegt wird, also der Ordner im sysvol erstellt wird und der Eintrag in der samba Datenbank zu finden ist.

I also activated the tests for backup ans slave. changelog added, please QA.

The test was still flaky, I adjusted it so that the GPO is always created on the local system. samba-tool gpo create otherwise picked a random DC.
