univention-install calls apt-get with the following arguments:

  -o DPkg::Options::=--force-overwrite -o DPkg::Options::=--force-overwrite-dir

In case of a file or directory conflict, apt-get is forced to overwrite existing versions. The current version of the app center throws an error if a conflict occurs. We should align the behaviour of both tools.

Would not be anymore relevant when Bug #40064 is fixed.
