In the current English manual (http://docs.univention.de/manual-4.0.html) the link to the point "3.3 UCS system roles" contains German words: http://docs.univention.de/manual-4.0.html#systemrollen

These are just internal anchors; which need to be identical in English and German.

They were initial generated during the conversion from TeX to Docbook. Most documentatation which has been adapted or added since then uses English names.

There is Bug #32037, were we plan to unify the anchor names so that cross-documentation <olink>s work.
We will probably use the "English" name as the IDs.
