Some things we should think about to reduce the running time if the app tests:

* Already provisioned ami images for all cases
  * S3
   * Master
   * Master and Backup
   * Master and Slave
   * Master and Member
  * S4
   * Master
   * Master and Backup
   * Master and Slave
   * Master and Member
  so we can remove the setup_join stuff from the configs

* increase harddisk size (agorum app installation fails with 10GB)
