When installing UCS and choosing to upgrade automatically (which is checked by default), the user is confronted with a steady progress bar that outputs no progress information. Even setup.log does not show any progress information as univention-upgrade is called directly. This can be somewhat frustrating for the user.

The problem here seems similar to Bug 25558.
