Boot splash UCS 4.0-3 on Hyper-V 2012 R2

Setup:
* Windows Server 2012 R2 with Hyper-V
* UCS 4.0-3 amd64 as guest (Hyper-V VM Generation 1)

Expected:
* UCS should boot fine with the nicely animated bootsplash

Observed:
* The boot animation is distorted while booting (see attachment)
  Funnny enough: It's working fine during shutdown

Workaround: Wait until the boot is done. Alternatively, the bootsplash can be aborted by pressing 'Esc'. Grub, welcome screen, local terminal and KDE are working fine.

"ucr set grub/bootsplash=nosplash" should do the trick as well (didn't test it yet)
