Backport for UCS@school 4.0 R2.
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #38221 +++

The NSIS part of the UCS-iTALC-Windows-Installer should be changed. The installer should not offer/contain the iTALC-Master-GUI as this is not important für UCS@school.

No backport needed, UCS@school 4.0 R2 is out of maintenance.
