Release notes for UCS@school 4.1 R2

Release notes for UCS@school 4.1 R2 have to be created. Missing sections: - new import script - changed ACLs and objectclasses/attributes → new indices
The legacy CLI import script will change is output on stdout. This has to be mentioned in the release notes.
For classes, the OU prefix is now mandatory. This affects the legacy CLI import, where it was allowed to specify class names without prefix. In that case the customer had to make sure, that all class names were not reused on multiple schools. Existing class groups, that do not have a OU prefix, have to be renamed via the script rename_class.
The release notes should state that the update has to be performed on the DC master first, and then directly on the DC slave. Otherwise there might Exceptions in UMC modules if used by Administrator (Workaround → UCR variable .../oulist).
r70234: added changelog-ucsschool-4.1R2v1.xml compiled from YAML files (excluding what I thought to be to technical)
import_users - config changes required if hooks are in use - output changes - if the OU is changed, the script now performs a move instead of delete+add

The iTALC changes are not part of UCS@school 4.1R2. I removed them from the changelog. The manual has to be republished. r70303 | Bug #41376: remove iTALC changes from changelog
Also the RequiredUCSVersion was not adapted. I changed it in both ini files to errata201 and executed 'sudo update-mirror.sh appcenter'.
Fixed and already published.

I changed the dummy "RequiredUCSVersion" to errata206 in the test-appcenter.
