UCS 4.2 should be shipped with the Linux Kernel 4.4.

Currently, the univention-kernel-image meta package depends on the unsigned kernel. Please revert r76365 after signing the current kernel.

We need a newer xfsprogs-4.9 due to <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=822369>
and btrfs-progs-4.7 (or better 4.9)
