Typos with .po files and descriptions

Attached some collected feedback regarding text typos from partners.

Some typos have been corrected (r72211).

Ignored, because resp. seems appropriate here:
ucsschool/ucs-school-umc-csv-import/umc/js/de.po
suggestion: "new users resp. try to find" -> "new users or try to find"

Didn't fix, because it's a more complex bug:
ucsschool/ucs-school-umc-csv-import/umc/js/de.po
Date-format not localized: 03/15/2000 -> 15/03/2000

Reverted a typo-correction, because it caused problems (r72288).

Reverted yet another typo (r72293). The package is now in its original state.

Because the changes would also have an effect on the functionality of the module they cannot be made without changing the surrounding code and informing the costumers, that use the csv-import feature.

This issue has been filled against UCS@school 4.1 (R2). The maintenance with
bug and security fixes for UCS@school 4.1 (R2) has ended on 5th of April 2018.

Customers still on UCS 4.1 are encouraged to update to UCS 4.3 (or later). 
Please contact your partner or Univention for any questions.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug"
or simply reopen the issue. In this case please provide detailed information on
how this issue is affecting you.
