We need to slightly update the section about the UCS translation tools with latest changes of Bug 42260.

Apparently univention-ucs-translation-build-package doesn't include the ucs-4.13/management/univention-management-console-frontend/index.html .

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
