When removing (or copying) an App version, a dialog is shown where one can select all available versions.

This dialog also has a "UCS version" widget. When changing the version of this widget, the new versions are loaded from the backend. This may take some time. During that time, one can submit the form nonetheless, now with "UCS 4.2" selected.

So there is a time frame where one thinks, one has 4.2 selected, but the frontend still has the 4.1 versions loaded. This may lead to delete versions from 4.1, not 4.2!

I added a standby animation to the dialog when a request is pending. This should be sufficient at this point.
