After installing nextcloud on a UCS 4.2 system, the portal links to nextcloud include http links. nextcloud doesn't offer http.

The portal should only create https links.

Installing the new package will not fix it automatically, either you uninstall / install nextcloud, setup a completely new system, or simply do
  ucr set ucs/web/overview/entries/service/nextcloud/port_http=
