If i try to install an app and do not have a valid license installed, the error message is very confusing - it used to tell me that i need to upgrade my license:

Die Anfrage konnte nicht ausgeführt werden.
Fehlernachricht des Servers:
Das Kommando ist fehlgeschlagen: Konnte keine Applikation für office365 finden

The check works for me. I will have a look at the machine were it happened, but it does not seem to be a general problem with the license check.

Instead it looks as if the ini files were not read by the App Center. It is likely that the error comes from the old lib.

Seems to work even on this very machine after a snapshot revert.
