After an clean UCS 4.2 installation and the activation of unmaintained repository there is in update for package 'fbcat' available.

Still true for UCS-4.3 (and UCS-4.4), but as nothing uses fbcat, it is supposed to be unmaintained.

It will only get moved to maintained if there is a dependency from a core UCS package or if it is explicitly requested (by a vendor).
