DHCP configuration is hard to understand.
There were already multiple attempts to improve that:
- Bug #31650
- Bug #33232

We should revise the chapter and give administrators
- a high-level overview first
- example to setup pool for public area
- example with multiple sub-nets
- ...

This is would had helped in ticket 2017092121000212 #35 too.
