Wait for replication (including drs) option for udm write operations

This is probably not an easy addition but I think it would make some udm operations more predictable.

In ucs@school some test add and delete objects in a quick succession which often results in problems with the s4-connector. There are already some tools to check the replication in the test utils but I think this should be part of the product.

UDM should not block and rely on other replication issues such as lsitener-replication, s4connector-replication etc.
This bug should go against the actual ucs-tests / framework, which have to wait.
