The OU structure of UCS@school creates a cn=dc,cn=computers,ou=SCHOOL,dc=base container.

1. This container should be marked as standard DC container.
2. The parent container of it should be unmarked as standard DC container.

The UCS@school lib should set the flags by default during school creation.
Current systems should be migrated.

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.4.

UCS 4.4 is out of maintenance and UCS components may have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.
