Using Mailing-Lists from external mail addresses can trigger the SPAM filter / SPF detection on the receiving server. To prevent this, we can introduce SRS (Sender-Rewrititing-Scheme".

Use Case:

- UCS is configured to host mails in domain A
- a mailing list in UCS forwards incoming mails also to an address in domain B
- a sender from domain C sends a mail to the mailing list
- the mail server of domain B receives a mail, which has a sender from domain B but has been send by a server of Domain A -- the domain mismatch increases the SPAM classification due to an implemented "Sender Policy Framework" (SPF)

A solution could be to introduce SRS, see also:

Are there any updates on that? We have added multiple distribution groups like elternrat@schule-xzy.de but we basically cannot use them as most of the receivers will bounce that mail due to the sender not matching the sending server.

The same issue also exists with individuals (e.g. social workers) who try to forward their incoming mail to another mailbox.
